Select large range/all for loop

Hi there,

Is there a hot key or a faster way of selecting your whole project for loop? As far as I can see, you have to click the loop bar from measure 1 drag all the way to the right then all the way down. But there is no autoscroll so you cant just wait until moves down the page. Rather tedious, There must be an easier way I dont know about.
