Open From Disk doesn't work if the Edited flag is set

Opening from disk doesn’t work if the Edited flag is set.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Hard refresh
2. Make any change that sets the Edited flag
3. Attempt to open a file from disk
4. Nothing happens

Edit:
I originally thought this happened only after saving a file, but it is actually just the Edited flag that matters.
