When I try to make a submission, it shows bouncing but the bar never progresses, I’ve left the page open for 10-15 minutes but it just continues to say not bouncing. I’m not sure if I’ve made some settings that were incompatible with submission rules in any way, to me it seems like everything is in order. Bouncing for export works as usual.
