Charged 3 times, ghosted by support

I’m sorry to be posting this here but I don’t know what else to do. On January 22nd, I purchased a subscription to hooktheory via paypal. After completing the transaction, I received no confirmation from hooktheory, I couldn’t access the premium features, and I had no active subscription on my account. I tried again via paypal, same thing happened. I assumed it was a glitch and purchased hooktheory via stripe, and everything worked.

Then I go to check my paypal and bank statement and I see I was charged all 3 times. I email support, we go back and forth. I send them every detail I can, transaction numbers, email confirmations from paypal, date and time of purchase. They keep telling me they have no record of the purchases. I continue to give them the details they asked for until they decide to simply stop replying to me. I then report the transactions on paypal, which means paypal has reached out to hooktheory. It’s been weeks and I have not heard back.

My paypal case is going to expire in a few days, so the next step for me is to escalate the issue with paypal and request they do an investigation. If that is unsuccessful, my next course of action is to request a charge back with my bank. I looked through the support forum and I know I’m not the only one who has had this issue. What is it going to take to have this fixed?
