The V7/V is going to IV, this is incorrect, as applied chords can only go to their target chord, the minor chord a minor third below, or the major chord a major third below, and IV isn’t any of those. It should instead be spelled as II7 borrowed from lydian.
Additionally, all the applied fully diminished 7th chords on this page are spelt incorrectly, as they aren’t resolving like an applied chord should. Although this isn’t as necessary as otherwise they would be supermodal, I would still change them to be borrowed.
