I submitted a song to TheoryTab by Paweł Górniak. I submitted it without any errors being thrown, and it is listed in the recent additions list, but it 404s upon viewing presumably because of the special characters.
IMHO, TheoryTab should let you accurately submit a person’s name. But absent that, an error should clearly prevent you from submitting something with characters that can’t be handled. This is already done with song names.
